Melissa Fontaine-Field - Closing Coordinator/Short sale Specialist. As closing coordinator Melissa reviews all purchase and sale agreements. Schedules and coordinates inspections, appraisals and closings. Melissa is also our short sale specialist. She works diligently on streamlining the process to obtain an approval in a timely manner. Melissa worked on closing 339 units in 2010 of which 25 where short sales.
Claude Fontaine - bookkeeper & Field Coordinator, takes the pictures installs signs, lock boxes and virtual tours. He also delivers pre-listing packages. He also accompanies the Real Estate Appraiser on all bank appraisals. Claude does CMA's requested by past, present and future clients.
Crystal Fontaine-Bergeron is the technology director. Crystal keeps the customized web site up to date. Her primary responsibility is generating interest in our listings via our website. As soon as properties are listed with us, she enters all the important “stats” – description, price, location, photos, and comments – onto our website, assuring the fastest possible exposure to the greatest number of potential buyers. Crystal manages & coordinates all bank owned properties. Making sure all the details are handled properly. She also handles all e-mail inquiries on your property, assigning each to one of our buyer agents immediately. It is our practice to respond to all e-mail inquiries within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
Angie Fontaine-Larochelle calls sellers to set up showings and follow up with the feedback after each showing. The purpose of feedback is to encourage the buyer to write up a contract by overcoming their objections or to address any of the buyer's issues. She also keeps sellers up to date monthly in comparable properties that have sold and new comparable properties recently on the market, so sellers can be up to date with what the market is doing.
Marie Beaulieu is the Fontaine Team's receptionist and listing manager. Besides greeting and answering our busy phones, she research all property info on each listing, such as the information from assessor's office the legal description of the property, deed and plot plan or survey. Marie also enters all listings in the MLS system. She coordinates the bookings for the free use of our moving van to past and present clients.
Karen Gruver- Business Development, Karen creates marketing and promotional material, working closely with Brenda to develop new marketing ideas in an on going basis. She also handles all direct mail, e-mail marketing and internet marketing including monthly sales report to Fontaine e-mail list and further development on the brendafontaine.com website. Karen also handles all social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Youtube.
