Originally from Durham, Maine, Aiden now resides in Topsham. He attended Brunswick High School and Kents Hill School before building a successful career in the construction and excavation industries. His hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process.

Before launching his real estate career, Aiden gained extensive experience in well drilling, landscaping, excavation, and operating heavy machinery. As the owner of Summit Foundation Solutions, he has worked closely with homeowners on foundation and drainage projects while developing a strong understanding of residential construction, site development, and overall property conditions. His background allows him to recognize important aspects of a home's structure, drainage, foundation, and exterior condition, providing valuable insight for clients evaluating a property.

Aiden's practical knowledge of how homes are built and maintained helps buyers make informed decisions while giving sellers confidence that their property's strengths will be professionally recognized and communicated.

Outside of real estate, Aiden enjoys spending time outdoors with his fiancée, Emma Noonan, who is also a REALTOR® with Fontaine Family – The Real Estate Leader®. Together they share their home with two Bullmastiff/Black Lab mixes, Milly and Coal. In his free time, Aiden enjoys fishing, riding snowmobiles and ATVs, working on vehicles, and restoring his prized 1993 Ford SVT Lightning pickup.
