It all started through a very nice piece of marketing that was in our mailbox. My wife Sylvia and I reached out to Fontaine to inquire about selling our home in Jefferson. We were contacted by Emma Noonan within 5 minutes of leaving a message. We setup a meeting to discuss and Emma came out to our home. From the moment we met Emma we were very impressed with her level of kindness, professionalism and knowledge of the market. We made the decision to list our home with Emma in October 2025. The market had shifted from a sellers to a buyers market and it became difficult to swallow that our asking price was too high. Emma was extremely patient with us and never pushy about us lowering our price but gave us marketing data so we could make the decision to lower our expectations on what the market was telling us the right price should be. Emma sold our home after countless open houses as well as social media campaigns and making sure our online presence was strong. She also refreshed our photos and helped with many custom ad features to get more online consumer engagement. Her dedication and positive attitude as well as her follow-up with buyers who looking at our home was outstanding. We finally closed on our home a week ago and we are so pleased with how smooth the closing process went.
