Biography

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Jessica now resides in Minot, Maine, with her husband, Brian, and their three sons. Jessica attended Ironwood Ridge High School in Arizona before continuing her education at Pima Community College, where she earned an Associates in Fine Arts.

Jessica currently works as an administrative assistant for Falmouth Fire-EMS. Through this role, she has developed valuable skills in customer service, organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail—all qualities that will serve her clients well as they navigate the buying and selling process.

Jessica and her husband have been married since 2010. In 2019, their family made the move from Arizona to Maine. With Brian originally from New England, the couple wanted their three boys to experience everything Maine has to offer, including its four distinct seasons.

Having personally experienced a major interstate relocation, Jessica understands many of the questions, decisions, and details that can come with moving to a new state. That firsthand perspective, combined with her commitment to communication and service, gives her a valuable foundation for helping buyers and sellers through their own real estate journeys.

Outside of real estate and work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, paddle boarding, making maple syrup, exploring Maine’s beaches and trails, and creating art. At home, the Costa family also stays busy with two cats, a dog, and a flock of chickens.
