Angie Larochelle - Broker Owner & Fontaine Ambassadors' Council Member 

Angie joined Fontaine Family Team in 2001 as a lead generator and showing/feedback coordinator. Today, she is Broker Owner and sets up showings for all listings and follows up with the feedback after each showing. The purpose of feedback is to encourage the buyer to write up a contract by overcoming their objections and addressing any of the buyer's issues. She also keeps sellers up to date monthly with comparable properties that have sold and new comparable properties recently on the market, so sellers can be up to date with what the market is doing. She is also a member of the elite Fontaine Ambassadors‘ Council. This membership consists of the top tier realtors who gather periodically for mastermind sessions for the purpose of continuous improvement in serving our clients’ needs and market our listings. 

Angie currently lives in Lewiston with her husband Clay, who is also a realtor. They have one adult son, Dustin Larochelle, who joined the family team as a realtor in 2019.
