With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Crystal began her career in 1997 as a buyer’s agent and administrative assistant. Today, as a dedicated Broker Owner, she specializes in managing bank-owned property dispositions, working with service providers, and building strong relationships with asset managers. Crystal also oversees all email inquiries, ensuring timely responses by quickly assigning each inquiry to the appropriate agent, reinforcing Fontaine Family’s commitment to exceptional service.

As part of the leadership team, Crystal plays a vital role in managing office operations and providing strategic direction, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

A proud member of the elite Fontaine Ambassadors' Council, Crystal collaborates with a group of top-producing realtors in regular mastermind sessions, focusing on brainstorming and sharing strategies to continuously improve client service and the overall real estate experience.

Crystal resides in Lewiston with her husband, Bill—also a realtor—and their son, Brock, who is also a realtor. Her son-in-law, Luke, has followed the family tradition in real estate as well. Her daughter, Bree, has chosen a different path as a dedicated nurse.
