Originally from Steep Falls, she graduated from Bonny Eagle High School and went on to earn a degree in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine. She now resides in Topsham and brings a strong understanding of the local market to every client she serves. 

Emma is known for her commitment to going above and beyond, making sure her clients feel supported, informed, and valued throughout the entire buying or selling process. Her background in the service industry shaped her ability to create positive, seamless experiences- something she carries into every real estate relationship. Whether working with buyers or sellers, she focuses on building trust, fostering strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way. Her dedication and results have earned her recognition as the 2025 Rookie of the Year, and she is also a proud member of the elite Fontaine Family Ambassadors’ Council.

Outside of real estate, Emma enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and being with her four dogs—Milly, Coal, Ella, and Miles. She also values time with her family, who continue to be her biggest supporters.
