Biography 

Gail holds an Associate Broker license and works with both buyers and sellers in the residential market. 92% of her clients come from referrals or as past clients returning for her services. In real estate since 2013, Gail works full-time as a Realtor and dedicates as much time as possible to continuing education in order to keep up with the ever changing real estate world. Gail works out of our Scarborough office.

When not working Gail likes to sew. Sewing has been a passion since childhood having been taught by her grandmother who was the town dressmaker. LaPrino spent many years professionally in the fiber arts but now enjoys it as a hobby. Being a confessed "fabricaholic" she loves to visit quilt shops across Maine or anywhere she travels! She makes quilts and donates them to various non-profits.  LaPrino volunteers for her local food pantry, the Buxton Community Cupboard, and the Buxton Toybox which provides Christmas gifts for around 50 families every year in Buxton, a small town west of Portland, where she lives with her husband Tom and their kitty Munchkins.
