Biography 

Maggie Ferland grew up in Poland, Maine, and graduated from Poland Regional High School before earning her degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Maine Community College in 2021, graduating with high honors. While at CMCC, she was an active member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Raised in a family with deep roots in both farming and construction, Maggie developed a strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and a hands-on understanding of business from an early age. Her background in construction, combined with her experience as the owner of multiple rental properties and mobile home parks, gives her a unique perspective that benefits her real estate clients.

Maggie is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence and ease. Backed by the Fontaine Family Team, she brings dedication, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Maggie enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and their two dogs, Dozer and Luna, including kayaking, hiking, and paddleboarding. She currently resides in Poland, Maine, and works out of Fontaine’s Auburn office.
