Meagan Dussault brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to real estate, combining her professional background in healthcare with hands-on experience in property investment. Raised in West Gardiner and now living in New Gloucester, Meagan earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Maine College of Health Professions and continues to work full-time as a remote nurse in medical management. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to helping others translate seamlessly into her work with clients.

In addition to her healthcare career, Meagan has successfully flipped three homes in Maine, giving her a valuable eye for potential and a deep understanding of how to tailor a property to meet buyers’ needs. Through these experiences, she has built strong relationships with local contractors and developed a practical knowledge of renovations, value, and market appeal—an advantage for both buyers and sellers.

Real estate is also a family affair. Meagan’s husband, Levi, is a real estate appraiser, providing additional insight into property values and the market. Together, they are raising their two young children, Cooper and Avery, along with their two dogs, Benton and Piper. Family life keeps Meagan active and grounded, with much of her free time spent outdoors—whether at the lake in the summer or skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

Meagan understands the importance of home, not just as a place, but as a foundation for life’s best moments. She is passionate about helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, care, and clarity. Meagan looks forward to serving both buyers and sellers and is proud to be part of the Fontaine Family team, working out of the Auburn office.
