Melinda brings a wealth of local knowledge and a deep commitment to the community, having grown up in Auburn and now residing in Lewiston with her husband, Roland, of 13 years.

Melinda is a proud stepmother to two sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandmother to two wonderful grandchildren. Her strong family ties and deep roots in the area make her a perfect fit for helping clients find their dream homes in the community she knows so well.

For the past 20 years, Melinda has dedicated her career to teaching as a Preschool Special Education Teacher at the Margaret Murphy Centers for Children. She will continue to inspire and educate young minds while simultaneously helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals.

Melinda's educational background includes graduating from Edward Little High School and earning her B.S. in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Maine at Farmington. Her extensive experience in education has honed her skills in communication, patience, and understanding, which are invaluable assets in the real estate industry.

In her free time, Melinda enjoys spending summers at her camp in Old Orchard Beach, where she loves walking on the beach, swimming, and cycling. She also enjoys attending sporting events, exercising, shopping, watching Netflix, and reading a good book.
