Biography
Sylvia grew up in Nashville, TN and attended Sycamore High School in Pleasant View, TN. She continued her education at the University of Maine at Augusta, where she earned a BA in Mental Health and Human Services. During her studies, she completed an internship at Woodfords in Westbrook, assisting with education at a school for children with Autism and supporting BHPs in providing in-home services.
Now residing in Hollis Center, ME with her husband of 13 years and their four children (three girls and one boy), Sylvia is proud of the years she dedicated to raising her family at home. Two years ago, she decided to follow her passion for working with the public and began her real estate journey with Fontaine.
Sylvia holds her Associate Broker license and successfully helps both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Her hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence have led to her recent induction as a Fontaine Ambassadors’ Council Member, a recognition of her outstanding contributions and client service.
Sylvia works out of the Scarborough office and continues to bring warmth, compassion, and professionalism to every transaction.
