My Husband & I have been looking for a home up North for 5+ years. In 2026, I filled out a request on Fontaine Family's website due to the fact that they covered Maine & New Hampshire. I was paired with Aaren. After a quick phone "interview" of me asking questions about the company, process, fees, & about Aaren, I knew we were choosing the correct agency.

I was attempting to purchase a house through HUD auction when I found out my current agent was giving me the runaround and didn't have the credentials required to bid on said HUD auction.

He was available to me evenings and weekends. It only took him 5 business days to get a price $5,000 higher than the asking price. I Highly recommend him!
