There was also a separate land sale of an attached property which caused some listing problems and sales issues. Through it all our agent, Dave Foster, never lost patience with my endless issues and queries and managed to maintain his great sense of humor! He let us know his thoughts, but let me have “my way” when I wanted it even though it caused him more difficulty at times. He made what was a trying experience for us pleasant and even fun at times! The end result was was better than we could have expected when we started! We so appreciate all his hard work, and would use Fontaine realty again.
