I highly recommend Charmaine Raby for several reasons. The first is that she knows the market in Auburn, as well as the real estate agents who represent buyers in this area. This proved highly valuable in getting the word out once I had an offer, attracting multiple offers, and sending the price to the maximum the market would bear. Second, her advice around presenting the house ensured it looked its best. Her photographer showed its assets and demonstrated the potential of my property, even in places it didn't necessarily live up currently to that potential. I believe this sparked buyers' imagination and motivated them to bid higher on the property. Third, as we move through the closing process, her advice is again proving valuable in negotiating and continuing to motivate and inspire the buyers through their agent. I have had an excellent experience with Charmaine and learned the value of listing with a great agent, and there is no question Charmaine is one of the best.
