The last four months have been a whirlwind! Our old house was under contract within 24 hours, and from that moment on the hunt began. None of this would've been possible without our fantastic realtor Clayton Larochelle. Throughout the entire process he kept us informed, equipped and consistently had the interest of our growing family in mind. he spared us from a house that we fell in love with but in the end ould.ve cost us tens or thousands of dollars for all of the things that were unseen. Through it all Clayton remined the positive voice of reason and he was constantly in communication about the houses he thought would be a good fit for us. This gem of a home would not have been possible without his guidance and expertise.

Clayton was always available when needed and never left us waiting for a reply or additional information. He was very prompt and patient throughout the entire process. I have never worked with other Agents in the past so I can't compare. I will say I have no desire to look elsewhere if I need to buy or sell in the future.
