I have worked with many realty companies in the past so believe me when I say that Fontaine Family ranks head and shoulders above the others! This is the second time I have worked with the amazing David Foster. His knowledge, professionalism, and skill are without bounds. He walked me through every step of the way. He sat down with me to find out what I was looking for in a home. Dave booked appointments to view homes right away and sent me in-depth reports on each prior to viewing so I could be aware of any potential issues. Dave is incredibly patient. No matter how many phone calls and texts I sent he always answered as soon as he could. He went way above and beyond by helping me weeks after closing! How many realtors work with their clients after closing? The relationships I've had with other realtors have always ended at the closing table. Not so with Dave. I simply cannot give high enough praise to David Foster and the whole Fontaine Family! It was indeed a delight to work with you, and I will direct anyone I know who is interested in buying or selling your way!

David Foster was great! He stuck with me for almost a year while I finished the house and got it on the market. He was very patient and gave helpful information about the real estate market and selling strategies. His video marketing is a great tool. There was an open house the day after it went on the MLS and there were three offers over asking within hours. He always kept me informed.

Our realtor David Foster from Fontaine family was so easy to work with when we were met with obstacles when selling our house. He knew exactly what to do and was always one step ahead of us. He did a great job with his video work presenting the house and walking you through it like you were there! David Foster named my home "Minuet" and made a priceless video to boot. I felt that I was David's most important client the whole time. Even Victor could not stand in his way (see photo-lol).
