Having known David Foster in other areas of his professional life, it was a "no-brainer" to turn to him when my husband and I wanted to test the local real estate waters. Dave 'exceeded expectations' especially when my husband and I agreed we were premature on making a decision to sell. Dave was gracious and supported us through the WHOLE process, and confirmed beyond a doubt that his primary goal is to build and sustain long-term relationships. Dave worked with an unsurpassed energy and excitement about his role as agent and demonstrated creativity not often seen locally. We just loved his team's approach to marketing strategies [it gave us an excuse to have a good-friends' gathering to show off how our beautiful Maine spot on the Saco River can be enjoyed].  Should the time come when we find we are truly ready to sell David Foster will be our go-to.  Had we actually been willing to sell, I'm sure we would have clicked on the 'good value' button as well.

Dave is a true professional.  He is diligent and works hard for his clients, representing them in all aspects of the buying and selling process. He goes the extra mile in everything he does. Dave is very active in the community, past president of the Auburn-Lewiston Rotary Club, involved in Guiding Eyes for the Blind as a puppy raiser and puppy sitter for pups in the GE program. He plays guitar and piano and sings in a talented group called the Jody Boys. He's a talented techie and makes informative business videos weekly on FaceBook. You can't go wrong choosing Davydog to represent you with all your real estate needs.

Dave helped us figure out the optimal time to list our house and decide on the asking price. He always responded quickly to our questions and was available whenever we needed him to help us sort out all the details of selling a property. We put our trust in Dave and were glad we did.

Dave Foster was our Real Estate agent when we bought our lake house. This was our first vacation home and Dave, along with the great Fontaine team, guided us through the process. Top notch service. Quick story about Dave. The lake house has a septic system. We had it inspected, but the results were inconclusive because the water was turned off due to it being the winter. Dave got permission from the sellers to enter the home. He drove up and poured water down the toilets and the drains and we got comfortable the septic was ok. Again, very good customer service and very knowledgeable about the industry. I would choose Dave again when I buy another property. And you should too!

David Foster went above and beyond what was required of him to make sure we were completely satisfied with this experience. He was available for showings and consultations on weekends, which was extremely helpful for my crazy work schedule (I am a nurse). He traveled miles and miles in the snow and torrential rain to make sure we could view homes, including standing in the pouring rain and showing us the property which is now our home! He answered every question I had without hesitancy and he made certain to keep me updated regarding everything that was going on. He even paired us with a mortgage broker, when the one we were working with, was impossible to reach. We truly wouldn't have been able to get out new home without him! He was absolutely amazing and he made this process far less scary for me, as a first (and only) time home buyer. When my daughter is ready to purchase her home, I am sending her to The Fontaine Family...and David Foster!
