We had been working with Kelly Webb Quinn from Fontaine for about 5 years while searching for a 2nd home in the central Maine area. We finally purchased a home in August 2023. Kelly’s knowledge of the area and real estate expertise in general were invaluable to us. She was also extremely patient with us as my wife and I waffled back and forth over the years…Kelly never got frustrated and never pressured us into doing something (e.g. making an offer) if she wasn’t convinced it was right for us. Kelly really earned our trust. Lastly, Kelly was always so kind to our children (now 7, 6, and 4) and often times brought a donuts, toys, and other goodies for them. She has seen them grow up and in that regard is part of the family! We look forward to staying in touch with her. In summary, I can’t say enough good things about Kelly and Fontaine.
