Tim had knowledge of a house that was going on the market within a couple of days.  He thought it might have been just what I was looking for and he was right!  He told me we had to act very quickly which we did.  I saw the house the next day and instantly loved everything about it and the location was ideal for me.  We put in a bid that same day and he was able to make it work for me with the real estate agent handling the house.  I moved on Feb. 8th and though it was a very hectic time starting the week of Christmas, so not the most ideal time to sell or move either for that matter, Tim guided me thru the entire process and was very patient with me when I was anxiety about things in general.  I have made the house mine now and am very happy here.  Tim was very crucial in getting me this house and in helping me go thru the incredibly stressful time that comes when making a major change like I did and I am very grateful.. He was both professional and very on top of things in general.

My wife Sarah and I are just in the beginning stages of looking for properties in Maine and Lauri Kinser came highly recommend. She took time out to meet us on a Friday after while we were driving up from CT. We hit traffic and was a little late and she still waited for us to arrive. When we first met with her she just had a great personality that made u feel relaxed cause buying a vacation home / retirement home can and will be stressful.
