I want to give a huge shout-out to Charmaine Raby, the listing broker on a transaction we’re about to close. We’re clear to close 11 days early, and that doesn’t happen without teamwork — and Charmaine absolutely showed up.
Anytime something was needed, she was right on it. Always happy to help, always eager to provide whatever was requested, and truly diligent in keeping everything together. She was a key part of making this come together smoothly.

I was working with Brock what a great person . Very friendly and would go out of his way for us. I was dealing with several realtors and all they cared about was getting me to sign up with them and money. Brock showed us some houses at first with no luck then out of nowhere he said to me that he has the perfect house for me at this point he showed me two and he knew I did not like them. I had looked at about 30 Houses with other realtors and they never took inconsideration of what my needs were. Brock said to me very polite that he has the perfect house for us and to look at one more I told him I was on vacation and did not want to look at any more houses I had enough and was going to enjoy my vacation. He told me to just look at this one because when he saw it he said wow !! I told him one more and it had to be the next morning early because we had plans that day. He said ok and lined up the house for us to see knowing that I had enough at looking at houses that were not for me. He said trust me on this one. I told him I know it was out of my price range but I would look at one more and that was it. I told him if you can get me to say WOW !!!! that I would but it. We went to the house the next morning to meet with Brock. We went through the garage to the mud room. Believe it or not I looked at my wife and said WOW!!!!!!!. I guess I was committed to buy this house and have not even seen the inside yet. We looked at the whole house and it was nothing but perfect. Brock gave me a few ideas at that point I told Brock this is the house and told him I wanted it. He said lets put a bid on it. I liked it so much I went higher than asking price. Brock worked very hard for us to get this house that afternoon he called me with some great news your bid was accepted. Me and my wife could not believe it. He kept in contact with us just about every day and told me if I had any concerns to text or call him right away. When I contacted him it never went to voice mail nor did he not reply to every text I sent him . Brock worked very hard for us what a pleasure. I will recommend him to anybody that is looking for a house. Not only is he my realtor he is now a great friend . Thank you Fontaine for having him he was a blessing for us. ***** ++.

First off Jamie Brochu is such an amazing agent, she explained everything to us to just simplify the process which was super complicated in parts. We reached out for a completely different property but fell in love with this one. Thank you so much for everything you guys rock. 

I enlisted Emily Guerette to sell my house in New Gloucester in the Winter of 2025. It was a seamless transaction and she sold it above the asking price. Emily also helped me purchase my new house in Oxford in the fall of 2025. The seller had a tenant that had to be evicted. It was stressful, however, Emily was extremely attentive and advocated for timely updates and successfully propelled the transaction towards a close. She’s a rockstar. I’ll forever recommend her to everyone I know, buying or selling.

Edit: I have since purchased a home working mostly with Emma. Throughout the process, Emma maintained composure and professionalism even when other parties waivered. She seemed very knowledgeable about several areas in Maine which was great for me as I was searching all over Maine for a home. I felt like she worked hard to find what I was looking for.
