Aaren James was a very personable agent.  He answered all the questions we asked and found out the answers he did not know.  He went to all the houses we wanted to see.  Two days worth!  When we went on vacation, he walked me through filling all the paperwork on my phone.  By the end of the month, we were owners of our new home!
