The first time we got our property for the best possible price (we were then buyers) and the 2nd time we sold it at the best possible price (20% above listed price) and each time everything went perfectly well. She is not only a very nice person, she is also very professional and extremely dedicated to her clients and will do anything necessary (and beyond !) to get it done and get her clients totally satisfied. Working with Charmaine from the very beginning, was very easy and she did everything she could to minimize the stress of selling a home. She really did her homework researching the houses in my area and around the same price range to get a very realistic price even in the very volatile market right now.  When it came to staging the house for pictures they were very clear on what was important to look good in the listing and even provided all the white towels and staging props.  I didn't spend a cent on temporary decorations for my house!  For the rest of the process Charmaine always had a plan and could provide me with answers to my questions right away.  I would (and already have) recommend Charmaine to anyone planning to sell their house in Maine.  By the way- they sold it for $50,000 over asking!
