Huge shout out to Charmaine Raby. She guided us through the selling and buying process. No matter how many times we thought we'd never find a house, she kept us positive and moving forward. Even when there was little available, she just kept digging, and helped us find our perfect little piece of heaven. Charmaine, we can't thank you enough. What a team!!

We had a very positive, professional experience with Charmaine. This was not our first time buying a home, but it might as well have been. We were pretty green. Our situation was made more difficult by the fact that we were in Oregon and doing our house hunt via Skype. She kept in regular touch with us, and with my sister in Maine, who was acting as our eyes and ears locally. She was very good about explaining things as we went along.  Charmaine was our agent when selling our home and did a excellent job of showing our home; doing it with a minimum of traffic in the house. She came in with her crew and took very detailed pictures. The house was put online and shown on a Wednesday and was sold on the next day at $15,000 more then asking price. She also was our agent in buying our present home. The seller was very difficult to deal with and we almost walked away several times ,but she kept the deal together by her persistence in getting things correct and even doing the sellers part by correcting his misguided closing information. She goes above and beyond any real estate agent I have ever worked with. We cannot say enough good about her

Charmaine worked twice as hard as any agent I have ever seen. She got us a fair and reasonable deal with people that were very difficult to work with.
