Charmaine also was our agent for purchase and sale of a house we anticipated using as a rental property. For the purchase, again the transaction was simple and seamless with her as our trusted agent. When we were anticipating listing that property in the spring of 2020, I let Charmaine know in January and said we would be in touch to sell in the spring. Again, she far exceeded our expectations by finding us a buyer before we even formally listed the property. Again, a seamless transaction through closing with Charmaine. We have bought and sold houses in multiple cities, multiple states over the past 20+ years. We have worked with some excellent real estate agents.
