Clayton Larochelle went above and beyond selling our home.  Clay walked us through the entire process.   He notified us in a timely manner for showings with the feedback from the showing.  I personally called him several times and he promptly answered our questions.  The selling price we agreed upon with Clay, that was we received at closing. He treated us with respect through the entire process.

Having not sold a home in quite some time and selling a house as a personal representative to my fathers estate, Clay and office staff was there every step of the way to answer any question I had, and to meet when I needed a one on one discussion where a phone call would not just do. Not that I am planning on selling another house anytime soon, but if I was Clay and the rest of the Fontaine team would be my first call.

The Fontaine's pay attention and take care of all the details associated with selling property. Our particular sale was an estate sale and was problematic on our end. Clayton was able to find a good lawyer to help navigate the legal issues and streamline the process so that we were able to close much sooner than property that was in the estate and listed in Florida. My only complaint is that they do not have a license to sell in 52 states! They take the stress out of the buying and selling process and just take care of things behind the scene so that you don't have to worry, all with a great attitude. It's amazing!
