This was our third experience with Clay LaRochelle and the Fontaine Team. As always, Clay took the time to make sure we understood the market.  With his help we were able to sell and close on our condo in 30 days. We look forward to working with the Fontaine team again in the future.

We were first time buyers but not our first time looking. We were made to feel comfortable with the situation and outcome. Clay and Dustin were always available for any questions. Very knowledgeable about the process and listened to what we were looking for. Didn’t push us into one house or another. They always had our best interest in mind.
