Quality Service is a Family Tradition

Lauri had helped me buy my first house which I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! So when looking to sell I knew I had to ask her! Lauri is professional yet personalizes the entire experience making you feel like she’s part of your family! We had accepted in offer in just three days! Thank you Lauri!!

Very happy with agent Mark Michaud who represented me as a buyer and negotiated with seller using cogent arguments as to why we should get the property well below asking price. Great communication throughout the process. Will use again when time comes.

Working with Fountaine was a first class experience. Our realtor, Dave, was very personable and genuine. His understanding of real estate in Maine, knowledge of creative marketing tools, and support throughout the selling process made for an excellent experience. Would highly recommend Dave and the Fontaine family owned business!

Kelly Webb is a wonderful! She takes the time to understand her clients' goals and consistently puts their best interests first. As a lender, it's always a pleasure working with someone who communicates well, advocates for her clients, and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for them. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted real estate professional to buy or sell a home!

I have been doing business with Fontaine for 17 years. I have bought and sold several properties with Clayton Larochell. It’s hard to put into words the unbelievable faith that I have with Clayton. This last transaction was amazing and he has the knowledge and confidence that homeowners need in a realtor. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication to this business.

We had an incredible experience with the Fontaine Family Real Estate firm, especially with Dave Foster as our agent. The process was smooth, explained well, and everything went on time as our move was time sensitive. The staff that helped with our pictures and marketing were top notch. We had multiple offers on our home in a short window of time, and we accepted an above asking offer! Crystal, Billy, Dave, and the entire team are the best! You should pick Fontaine if you need to sell/buy a home.

Sandra was amazing! She is super friendly, knowledge and prompt with her responses. I would definitely recommend her services!

My husband & I would highly recommend Fontaine Family and Maria Morrissette to anyone looking to buy a home, she was so calm, patient, kind and attentive throughout our home search process and was in our corner every step of the way. We are so grateful to have found our perfect home with her expertise and guidance. Thanks Maria!

I want say I had a phenomenal experience with my agent Madison. Before I came to Fontaine I was feeling discouraged and felt like I would never accomplish owning my own home. Madison made me feel confident in my search and educated me on the housing shopping process and how things would look through the process. I am a single mom of a 16 year old ,and never thought for once my dream would ever come true. Thanks to Madison my dream happened. My daughter and I love our perfect house. 😊😁

We had a wonderful experience selling our home with Emily G. at Fontaine as our sales representative! She was very responsive and proactive, and always available when we had questions. We also found her very thoughtful and supportive. She was great at helping us consider all angles at each decision point. We felt well-informed and equipped to make good choices throughout the process. We were selling our family home, with all of the items and emotions involved, and Emily's knowledge, confidence, and calm, warm manner made it easy. We wholeheartedly recommend working with Emily G. at Fontaine!
