I was attempting to purchase a house through HUD auction when I found out my current agent was giving me the runaround and didn't have the credentials required to bid on said HUD auction.
I then found myself in need of a new real estate agent. I reached out to an old friend, who was a real estate agent that actually now works for these folks. She refereed me to Aaren James. Long story short, I just recently closed on the house I won at auction.
