Where do I begin? My husband and I made a decision to sell our home and Sierra Lemieux was our realtor. She brought with her a wealth of knowledge about the market, the ability to solve any issue that arose and a sunny, sweet disposition. And problems did arise...there were things that had to be fixed, water systems to be added and other things that would make our home ready for the pending sale. Sierra approached each issue with a positive outlook, keeping in touch with every contractor along the way and keeping us informed of what was coming. She picked up on my anxiety and made sure every message or phone call was worded to help ease that anxiety, while still keeping her straightforward honesty. She is a gem in the realtor world, a no pressure friendly lady with a unique ability to know what to say and how to say it with complete truthfulness. If I am being honest, I am probably "one of those sellers" talked about around the water cooler...many messages and calls to fend off my anxiety, quick changes of the mind and then back again, but she shouldered it like a champ and never gave me the impression I was one of those sellers. If ever there is a needed recommendation for Realtor of the Year, or award for the best work done by a Realtor, look me up! I could gush about Sierra for ages.
