5 out of 5 stars. Everyone there is super nice, Sierra was great at communicating and very nice too. She knew what we wanted and her connections to different lenders and insurance companies was extremely helpful and made this whole experience amazing.

Sierra Lemieux under the Fontaine group was truly exceptional. I met her through word of mouth and haven’t looked back. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of insight she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her and it was clear she had full support under the Fontaine Umbrella! Sierra was ALWAYS available for home tours or looking for land. We made many pivots on our real estate journey which would normally cause anyone to run!! Yet, her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I ended up purchasing 4 acres of land after looking at many other options(including homes)… She told me about any problems going in and highlighted the concerns she had and the research she wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have any surprises! She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of town and state restrictions. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Sierra really treats the situation like they are purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Sierra will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Sierra was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended her and will always recommend her and the Fontaine family!

The Fontaine Family, especially Sierra, made selling our home easy. I was updated on every important aspect of the sale. I didn’t have any questions because Sierra was so thorough in explaining the process. I highly recommend The Fontaine Family and if I were you, I would request Sierra.  I might as well tell you a story. I am semi-disabled, and it makes it very hard to get out and about. When Sierra found this out, she let me know that she could make things much easier for me...And she did. It was becoming crunch time. My wife and I were emailed some paperwork we had to sign in front of a notary. No big deal, but, with my luck, we couldn’t get to print 1 of the papers to print right. For some reason, it was printing weird. Again, Sierra went into action, she got the paperwork and personally drove the papers to me at my home where the notary was waiting. Did I mention she drove all that way in a snowstorm? YIP! She did. So, if you’re a knucklehead like me with bad luck and want to sell your home, call the Fontaine Family today!
