Working with Emma made being a first time home buyer feel easy even when it wasn’t. I had extremely specific parameters and because I wasnt in a rush to buy I really wasn’t willing to sacrifice much. As a wheelchair user I wasn’t able to access any of the homes myself and I never doubted once that Emma had my best interests in mind and would find me the right home.
After I found the perfect home she talked me through every single step and answered every question without any hesitation and was extremely easy to communicate with. The day my offer was accepted I was (unrelated!) admitted to the hospital for 11 days. Emma communicated with me every single day through the inspection and lending process and picked up my slack when I wasn’t able to stay entirely on top of keeping things moving due to procedures.
I’m a pretty skeptical person and there was not a single time that I doubted Emma’s ability to get me to closing even with all of the hurdles. I was able to focus on healing while she made sure I was getting everything done on my end that needed to be signed and scheduled. I closed on the cutest little new home a day before my third surgery and when I got to the house a week afterwards she had left such a thoughtful gift and the sweetest note. I can’t recommend Emma Noonan and the team at Fontaine Family highly enough.
